Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our client, a public corporation, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) in the following area:
Key Responsibilities
- Legal review of admission requirements for degree programs in the enrollment process
- Supporting prospective students and advising students on examination and study law matters
- Processing and legal evaluation of various applications, e.g. withdrawal from the examination
- Preparation of legally binding decisions on the recognition of domestic and foreign academic and examination achievements
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent German language skills
- Full, graduate or business lawyer (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in administrative law is an advantage
