Reto Picenoni is a Swiss lawyer with many years of experience at the intersection of law, compliance, and business development. At Alpinum Solutions, he supports the expansion of the legal service model for the next generation. His focus lies on strategic growth and building efficient structures that can keep pace with rapid developments – sustainable, scalable, and future-oriented.
Previously, Reto was the founder of a leading Alternative Legal Service Provider in the DACH region, which he successfully led through to exit. Other stages of his career include responsibility for Solution Structuring at Credit Suisse Trust for international UHNW clients, as well as senior positions at KPMG and well-known business law firms.

Before joining Alpinum Solutions, Salima gained extensive experience at a Big4 firm and a Swiss bank, where she led major compliance projects in the financial sector. Her deep understanding of regulatory requirements and client expectations makes her an invaluable asset in managing high-stakes projects.
Leonard Herbst
Leonard plays a key role in Business Development, client acquisition, and legal project execution. As a Swiss-qualified lawyer, he combines legal expertise with a pragmatic, results-driven approach to deliver tailored solutions for Legal & Compliance teams.

As a Swiss-qualified lawyer, Christian brings a unique blend of legal expertise, Talent Management, and Business Development to the company, delivering strategic workforce solutions for Legal & Compliance teams across industries.
Before founding Alpinum Solutions, he was a Director at a leading Swiss & German Alternative Legal Service Provider, where he played a key role in shaping innovative staffing models for legal departments and law firms. His deep understanding of the evolving legal market enables him to design flexible and scalable workforce solutions that meet modern business needs.
He is responsible for driving growth and expansion, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that the company continuously adapts to the changing demands of the legal industry.
David Kalberer
David Kalberer is a Swiss attorney with deep legal knowledge, management experience, and a proven strategic advisor. As a former international General Counsel, bank managing director, and board member of financial service providers and fintech companies, he brings sharp legal thinking and a clear strategic view to the challenges facing modern legal functions to the table.
At Alpinum Solutions, David supports the development of next-generation legal services in the DACH region. His focus lies on strategic growth, international expansion, and building a solid foundation of processes for selection, deployment, and quality control, to support long-term scalability and resilience.

Estella Fehr
Estella is part of the Talent Management team at Alpinum Solutions in Switzerland, where she focuses on Legal & Compliance recruitment. With a background in Legal and Criminology, as well as Business Operations, she’s passionate about connecting the right experts to meet today’s complex regulatory and legal demands.
Her experience spans a variety of sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what makes a great match. She started her career at a Swiss law firm, building a solid foundation in legal systems and client service. From there, she moved into roles at a smart energy company and a tech startup driving AI adoption, gaining hands-on insight into fast-moving, innovation-led environments. She also worked as a Risk Analyst at a Swiss bank, sharpening her ability to navigate risk and compliance challenges in highly regulated industries.
Estella brings all of this together in her role today – combining industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and people skills to find talent that fits both the role and the bigger picture.
