Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate and Trust administration
- Implementation of fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors
- Preparation and monitoring of inventories and asset overviews
- Completion of bank account openings, processing and maintenance of bank forms
- Work directly with the end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in English, German or Portuguese is a plus
- Resident in Switzerland
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust administration or related fiduciary services
- In-depth knowledge of trust and estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- STEP qualification is a plus
