Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory guidance and specialist legal advice throughout the merger process
- Conduct contract reviews and perform quality checks to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations across multiple jurisdictions during the merger process
- Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements to support merger planning and execution
- Monitor changes in regulations affecting the merger and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory compliance and merger-related policies
Experience & Qualifications
- Licensed lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ in-house legal experience, ideally within the financial sector
- Fluent in German and English is a must
- Resident in Switzerland
