Key Responsibilities
- Advise and assist the sales team on commercial law and contract negotiation, ensuring legal compliance and effective risk management
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks in business operations
- Stay informed of and provide advice on legislative and regulatory developments related to commercial law and data privacy
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Swiss-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Fluent in German and English
- Extensive expertise in contract law
