Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer for a 3-6 month engagement in Zurich or St. Gallen.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of corporate client and leasing business in all CDB 20 (regulatory) and anti-money laundering matters
- Review and verification of account opening and KYC documentation
- Preparation of risk assessments and suspicious activity reports to the MROS
- Monitoring of name-matching and transaction surveillance alerts
- Conducting annual employee training sessions
- Periodic reporting to senior management
- Implementation of key controls (including FATCA/AIA, cross-border regulations)
Experience & Qualifications
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Resident in Switzerland with valid work authorization
