Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for internal bank policies and regulations, including coordination and/or drafting of internal directives
- Contribution to the implementation of regulatory obligations
- Identification and analysis of relevant financial market regulations
- Review and response to regulatory inquiries, including coordination of requests and surveys from FINMA
- Delivery of training sessions on compliance and regulatory topics
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in German other languages is a plus
- Resident in Switzerland
- Completed legal degree with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with a focus on achieving results
