Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Support project tracking by maintaining dashboards, reports, and key project data (e.g., budgets, resource plans, KPIs)
- Assist with coordination activities by following up on action items, deadlines, and stakeholder updates across multiple project teams
- Manage project documentation by organizing files, preparing meeting minutes, updating trackers, and supporting the creation of project presentations and communication materials
- Contribute to training and tool adoption by developing user guides and offering support on PMO tools, templates, and standard processes
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in English & French is a must
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
