Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end patent prosecution, including drafting, filing, and responding to office actions in collaboration with external law firms
- Manage a portfolio of IP cases, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes
- Support invention disclosure processes and help identify and assess new IP opportunities
- Align patent filings with the company's product and technology roadmap
- Coordinate with external counsel, overseeing legal and technical quality, timelines, and costs
- Monitor competitor patents and contribute to global IP risk management and strategy
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- European Patent Attorney (qualified or in training) with more than 2 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical patents
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering
- Proven expertise in managing patent prosecution and IP cases in law firm or industry settings
