Paralegal

• Draft and manage contracts, Confidential Disclosure Agreements and service agreements
• Maintain and organize contract databases, including version control and search/filter functions in Contract Management Systems
• Support the legal department with administrative and organizational tasks, including the preparation of legal correspondence, termination letters, and internal protocols
• Assist with corporate housekeeping activities, including document filings, legal archiving, and support for company secretarial functions
• Prepare meeting minutes and ensure accurate documentation in line with legal standards
• Provide general legal support, including research and assistance on internal legal projects

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector preferred
• Min. 4 years PQE
