Legal Operations Specialist

• Deliver high-level executive support to senior Legal leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and materials preparation
• Coordinate virtual meetings and manage internal/external correspondence
• Oversee deadlines, travel logistics, and expense reporting
• Track contract workflows to ensure timely execution and policy compliance
• Manage signature processes via e-signature tools and maintain organized document filing/archiving
• Plan and support team meetings, trainings, engagement events, and newsletters
• Assist with onboarding and serve as liaison for IT and facilities needs
• Support document retrieval and preparation for legal proceedings, reporting, and investigations
• Contribute to process documentation and operational improvements across Legal Operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law
• Previous experience in an administrative role within a law firm or corporate legal department
• Excellent proficiency in both English and German
• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and document management systems
