Legal Counsel

• Lead drafting and negotiation of international and domestic contracts with suppliers, customers, and business partners
• Provide legal advice to business units and subsidiaries on commercial and corporate matters
• Shape and maintain the Compliance Management System, including policies, trainings, and internal audits
• Manage and oversee external counsel, consultants, and notaries
• Support cross-functional projects and company-wide initiatives from a legal perspective
• Represent the company before authorities and courts

• Swiss qualified lawyer or equivalent legal qualification
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, compliance, and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English and German
