Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Advise on employment law and HR-related matters
- Coordinate with local counsel on jurisdiction-specific legal issues
- Support corporate governance and maintain legal entity documentation
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in English, German preferred
- Legal Background, Bar admission is a plus
