Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and presentations in preparation for the Head of Legal
- Conducting legal research and compiling relevant information to support decision-making
- Managing deadlines, appointments, and internal/external correspondence
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of contract and document management systems
Experience & Qualifications
- Mind. 5 years’ experience as legal Assistant
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Resident in Switzerland
