Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a leading financial services institution with operations in private banking, we are looking for a KYC Officer for an initial duration of 3 months in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze client documentation, including business contracts, financial statements, and legal agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports that highlight key findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for further action, ensuring all findings are documented accurately
- Conduct thorough screening and background checks on potential clients to identify any adverse news, sanctions, or politically exposed persons (PEPs) in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), ideally in private banking
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
- Fluent in English, Russian and German language skills are a plus
- Strong understanding of KYC processes and regulatory requirements
