Junior Litigation Lawyer

• Assist in managing company-related commercial disputes across various industries
• Analyze complex legal issues and support in providing guidance on mitigating legal risks for vendors, customers, and third parties
• Help develop strategies for handling disputes, collaborating with external counsel when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of ongoing cases
• Support all aspects of litigation, including drafting documents, preparing evidence, and assisting with court representation

• Proficiency in English and French (other languages is a plus)
• MLaw or Swiss Bar Admission is preferred
• Strong ability to work independently, think critically, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
