Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws/regulations
- Assisting senior legal counsel in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Researching and analyzing legal issues, statutes, regulations, and precedent cases to support legal opinions and decisions
- Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters and legal implications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of contracts and legal correspondence
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Completed legal degree (MLaw)
