Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a digital-first financial institution in the crypto and blockchain banking sector, we are looking for a Head of Compliance for a temporary assignment starting in February:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Compliance team while remaining actively involved in daily operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas, including crypto operations
- Oversee and improve cross-border compliance processes
- Evaluate and optimize internal compliance processes and frameworks
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Compliance within the banking or financial sector
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for crypto assets and blockchain-based business models
- Fluent in English
