Document Review Manager

Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client we are looking for a Document Review Manager on a 3–6-month engagement based onsite in Zurich.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 document reviewers, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day document review process and manage workflows in Relativity
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, external law firms, and internal project stakeholders
- Monitor review progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure project objectives are met
- Support the review team with procedural and organizational guidance while coordinating closely with technical project leads
- Qualified lawyer (admitted in any jurisdiction)
- Several years of experience leading complex document review projects and managing review teams
- Strong expertise in Relativity and document review workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
