Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement global privacy strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage and enhance the global privacy program, including policies, controls, and reporting
- Lead privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and third-party risk reviews
- Provide expert guidance on complex data protection issues and regulatory requirements
- Lead incident response for data breaches and cybersecurity events
- Foster a strong global privacy culture and community across the organization
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely compliance updates
- Support AI governance and compliance with emerging regulations (e.g. EU AI Act)
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Strong experience in privacy governance and compliance (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
- Familiar with AI governance and regulatory trends (e.g. EU AI Act)
Degree in law, information security, or related field
