Compliance Officer

• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses of existing compliance frameworks, policies, and guidelines to identify weaknesses, regulatory gaps, and areas for improvement
• Design, draft, and implement modern, state-of-the-art compliance policies and procedures in line with current regulations and industry best practices
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior stakeholders and business units, providing practical and solution-oriented advice on compliance and regulatory matters
• Support the business in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment between operational processes and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, controls, and governance structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and decision-making

• Fluency in Italian, German and English
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 5 years of PQE
• Completed compliance and/or data privacy certification
