Compliance Officer

• Conduct in-depth investigations into potential money laundering activities, identifying suspicious transactions, and providing timely, accurate reports
• Oversee transaction monitoring systems, evaluate alerts, and initiate investigations where necessary
• Perform and support risk assessments for financial crime, identifying key risks, proposing mitigations, and ensuring the bank’s controls remain effective
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory filings as required Maintain comprehensive documentation of investigation findings and reports
• Evaluate the risk profile of high-risk clients and transactions by analyzing their source of funds, business activities, and relationships

• Fluency in German and English
• Resident in Switzerland
• 3+ year PQE in the compliance field
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
