Compliance Officer Data Protection

• Advise on legal issues related to data protection and support related projects
• Develop and update internal data protection policies and implement relevant controls
• Prepare and deliver trainings, perform risk assessments, and generate reports on data protection matters
• Respond to data subject requests and regulatory authority queries
• Collaborate closely with legal, information security, and other departments
• Coordinate and implement data protection measures such as DPIAs and records of processing activities
• Ensure the data-compliant development of new products and services
• Support and implement other compliance topics beyond data protection

• Master’s degree in Law from a university or university of applied sciences
• 2–4 years of experience in data protection, ideally within a bank, law firm, or consulting firm
• Strong expertise in Swiss data protection law
• Fluent in German (written and spoken); French, Italian and English language skills are an asset
