Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess client relationships with regard to potential money laundering activities
- Conduct due diligence reviews and risk assessments as part of AML procedures
- Handle and evaluate internal reports of suspicious activity
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the Swiss Financial Intelligence Unit (MROS)
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Front Office) and external authorities
- Support the continuous improvement of internal compliance processes and systems
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in German & English is a must
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
