Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external healthcare regulations
- Oversee compliant interactions with HCPs and HCOs, including approvals and documentation
- Review and approve contracts such as Speaker, Sponsorship, and Advisory Board Agreements
- Draft and structure HCP/HCO contracts in line with legal and compliance standards
- Act as the key contact for compliance-related contract evaluation and risk assessment
- Support audits, training, and continuous improvement of the compliance framework
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance codes and industry standards
- Min. 6 years PQE in compliance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
