Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support the sales team on commercial contracting matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk management
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, and partnership agreements
- Provide guidance on data privacy matters, ensuring adherence to Swiss and EU data protection laws (e.g., GDPR)
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks in business operations
- Monitor and advise on changes in relevant commercial and data privacy regulations
Experience & Qualifications
- Resident in Switzerland
- Swiss-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Fluent in German and English
- Extensive expertise in contract law, compliance, and regulatory matters
