Business Analyst

• Analyze and document business requirements from front-office, middle-office, and back-office stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics and Avaloq platforms
• Design, optimize, and document end-to-end banking processes such as client onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance, payments, trading, and securities
• Coordinate functional workshops with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
• Support interface design and data mapping between Avaloq core banking and Microsoft Dynamics modules
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and solution design
• Prepare user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria in line with agile methodology
• Support system configuration, parameterization, and enhancements
• Conduct stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance-focused documentation
• Ensure integration of regulatory requirements such as AML, KYC, MiFID II, data protection, and audit trails

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP modules
• Solid understanding of Avaloq including parameterization, workflows, data models, and interfaces
• In-depth knowledge of banking processes, ideally wealth management, retail, payments, or securities
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance domains (KYC, AML, data governance)
• Skilled in drafting process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, ETL, and middleware
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and French are a plus
• Experience working in agile project settings like Scrum or SAFe
