Director

• Lead business development efforts, identifying and securing new client relationships across key sectors
• Deliver actionable intelligence and strategic advice, drawing on open-source research, proprietary insights, and a global expert network
• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring consistently high-quality service and identifying opportunities for follow-on work
• Develop and execute bespoke investigations, including due diligence, stakeholder mapping, and reputational analysis
• Write clear, analytical, and commercially relevant reports, often summarising complex information under tight deadlines
• Contribute to the companies’ expert network, building relationships and onboarding new sources of insight and expertise
• Support strategic growth, including expansion into new sectors, service lines, or geographies
• Play an active role in the firm’s long-term development, with a view to future partnership

• 7–15 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including roles in investigations, strategic intelligence, consulting, risk advisory, or related fields
• Proven B2B sales or client development track record, ideally in a relationship-driven, consultative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and insightful analysis
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (especially French or German) are highly desirable
• Deep interest in global affairs, politics, and business, combined with intellectual curiosity and a commercial mindset
• Entrepreneurial drive and long-term ambition, including interest in taking on ownership and leadership within the firm
