Legal Counsel

• Provide legal support on real estate transactions, property management, lease agreements, and land registry matters
• Offer legal counsel on a range of issues, including civil and contract law, with a focus on real estate matters
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory challenges impacting project development, including environmental, permitting, and land use laws
• Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout real estate projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues, specializing in real estate law

• Swiss Master of Law (MLaw); admission to the Swiss Bar preferred.
• Professional experience gained either in the legal department of a real estate company or in private legal practice with a focus on real estate matters.
• Strong expertise in Swiss real estate law, including tenancy law, property law, construction contract law, and public construction and planning law.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice while effectively managing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
