Interim Head Legal & Compliance

• Coordinate and manage Executive Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and maintaining the action tracker
• Oversee corporate governance activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle contracts, NDAs, and related documentation, ensuring proper review, approval, and filing
• Manage compliance requests and support ongoing governance and risk management initiatives
• Support the Due Diligence process by providing required documentation, coordinating information flow, and ensuring timely responses to requests

• Residence in Switzerland
• Legal background with bar admission preferred
• Strong background in organizing and managing executive or board meetings (agenda, minutes, action tracking)
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
